Private Classes

Private classes are a fantastic way to get personalized attention & practice in a space that’s comfortable for you! Together we can create a session that meets you right where you’re at.

Classes can include, but not limited to:

  • Personalized meditation

  • Personalized yoga nidra

  • Restorative, Yin, or Hatha yoga

  • A combination of your choosing (eg. restorative & meditation)

  • Custom aromatherapy integration

We can do a single session, or create a series to help you grow & expand your practice in the direction you want to take it.

Sessions can be recorded if you desire, to be available to you always.

Workshops

Yoga Foundations

If you’ve ever been intrigued by yoga, but have been too afraid to try, this is the course for you. I’ll teach you the fundamentals in a fun, relaxed group setting, where questions are not only welcome, but encouraged!

Together we’ll dispel everything that worries you about yoga.

For example…
You don’t have to hug trees (you can if you like.)
You don’t have to be able to touch your toes (or even see them!)
And most importantly… ain’t nobody gonna make you stand on your head! (It’s a beginners class! Not a trick!)

Yoga Mamas

As I’ve ridden the wave that is pregnancy and now motherhood, I’ve leaned heavily on my mindfulness, meditation, and yoga practices to help me navigate the physical, mental, and hormonal changes. I can’t wait to be able to share some of the lessons I’ve learned with other mamas, and mamas-to-be! (Check out the Yoga Mamas page here.)

The Shee Sisterhood

I’m honoured to be sharing my meditation, mindfulness, and aromatherapy love with the women of the Shee Sisterhood.

Recorded Meditations

I’m excited to share my first of many meditations with you!

Grind your beans, then ground yourself. This very short & sweet meditation is beginner-friendly and will help you start your day on the right foot. Best done first thing in the morning, with your hot coffee in hand (but not too hot - just right for that first sip!)
