Yup, you read that right! I’m a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) which means I spend my days finding balance in spreadsheets and budget meetings. That’s how I flex my left brain…

But outside my wee grey cubicle, I find balance in a totally different way as a registered yoga & meditation instructor!

I’m complex, just like you!! I love to unplug and head out into nature for days at a time, live music speaks to my soul, I adore exploring new places and meeting new people, and you can always ALWAYS count me in for Taco Tuesday! I'm also learning the ropes of motherhood with my two sweet little boys… navigating the world of #2under2, and learning to push the boundaries of strength and bravery while advocating for my oldest little guy who has cerebral palsy. Motherhood is a wild ride!

No matter who we are, or how polarizing our personal traits may seem, when we step on our mats we're able to balance our mental & physical health with strength & grace, and courage & compassion. You create space to find your way back to you, become cozy in your authenticity, and become empowered, realizing that you can accomplish anything you put your mind to!

Through yoga & meditation, I’ve begun to tap into that magical way of bringing that feeling I get on the mat into my life, and it lights me up to be able to share that with my students, both as their teacher and fellow life-long student.

My practice has helped me become more compassionate towards myself and others, it's helped me become more focused on everyday tasks AND what I want in my life, and given me tools to manage stress, and anxiety, and any craziness that comes my way.
